Our community has the following committees:

Holiday Committee: Responsible for installation of the decorations at the front entrance and the removal of the decorations.

Architectural Control Committee- Review plans and specifications for proposed improvements or changes to a homeowner’s property. They then approve for deny the requests based on the guidelines found in the CC&R’s or Rules and Regulations for the community.

Pool and Park: This committee is responsible for the oversight, guidance and monitoring of the HOA common area monthly. This includes but is not limited to filling the doggy waste bags, inspecting the park to ensure that all equipment is functioning as it should, overseeing the pool maintenance and making sure the pool is ready for the season.

Social Committee: Organize and facilitate all event planning such as National Night Out, Back to School Event, Movie Night and more.
