We had a report and upon reviewing security cameras discovered three young men had decided to take an unauthorized swim in our pool. This was reported to the police and once identified, be aware that the HOA Board will prosecute. The park is for everyone, however, our pool and tennis courts are private and therefore, anyone breaking will have action taken.

There was some more vandalism done at our park. This time in broad daylight. We are actively pursuing those responsible. Please remember, if you see something or someone, take a picture of them and ask them to stop. We are working on making this a safe and fun place for families to live and grow. The board will not tolerate any defacing of our neighborhood property.
The bathrooms at the clubhouse were recently updated with new paint, toilets, and vanities.
The mural is up and finished. A big thanks to Santiago and his design.
If you've ever come across an empty doggy-depot at our park or hoped we had neighborhood seasonal events, you've come to the right place. Pheasant Creek needs volunteers! Most everything is done by volunteers. From the HOA to the simplest of jobs, we need volunteers to help us maintain a nice, safe neighborhood. At this time, we are again looking for volunteers for Pheasant Creek. It doesn’t have to be anything big. For example, the picture below shows Ed, Vicki and Sam fixing the windscreens at the tennis courts. Trish, another volunteer came out to help before she headed off to work. We have a volunteer who lets us know when we need to check out the park. Another volunteer changes the dog bags up at the park when they become low. We also have another neighbor who is in charge of the flag. One of your neighbors also puts out the signs saying when the HOA meetings are going to occur. As you can see it’s nothing huge, but it makes a big difference in our neighborhood in keeping things clean and up to date.
Here are some needs at this time:
The Yard of the Month volunteer places the signs in the winners' lawns, awards them their gift cards, and takes a photo for submission to the PC website. (March-September)
Bi-annual Garage Sale Advertising. This volunteer places our yard sale banner at the PC entrance and submits yard sale ads to various news publications.
