Attention!

It has been brought to our attention that several residences are under the mistaken belief that we can have poultry, fowl or livestock in their backyards.  The law has not been passed in the state of Texas to allow for such.  

Our governing documents also state that Pheasant Creek is not allowed to have any of the above.  

Having such animals is a violation of our governing documents and letters will be sent and fines may occur. 

The law is once again before our legislatures and we will know more in June.  Roosters are a definite no.
