The Board of Directors Meeting for Pheasant Creek will be September 2nd, 2025 at 7:00
The Quality of Life Improvement Planning Committee (QLIP) for MUD #25 is allocating residents of Pheasant Creek approximately fifty thousand dollars to improve our green space.
The board is interested in hearing from residents what the community would like to see in our park. Two suggestions already received are to connect the front sidewalk in front of the pool to form a cohesive way to get from one parking area to the other. The second suggestion is to turn the back field into a soccer field.
